Customer Success Advisor

Job Description:

Demonstrates and delivers a distinguished and delightful customer service experience. Registers purchases using designated cash register, offers customers courteous, fair, welcoming, and efficient checkout support.

Roles and Duties:

• Interacts with customers and patients by welcoming them warmly and providing guidance on products and services to create a positive customer service encounter. Handles and resolves customer queries for a satisfactory experience.
• Sets the standard by exemplifying and communicating effective customer service strategies to all team members in order to deliver a standout and enjoyable customer service experience, encompassing interpersonal skills like greetings, eye contact, courtesy, and following Walgreens service principles such as preemptively offering help, recognizing needs, and ensuring satisfaction until completion.
• - Ensures customers receive service that is respectful, genial, speedy, and productive.
• Guiding customers on recommended purchase selections and recommending additional or upgraded products.
• Logs customer purchases using the designated cash register, handles cash transactions, and dispenses change as needed. Manages voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as required.
• Maintains cleanliness and orderly appearance of counters and shelves, monitors inventory levels, and records transactions accurately. Receives and prices items based on the store manager's requirements or information from the shift leader.
• Implements measures to uphold company asset protection guidelines aimed at limiting profit erosion.
• Ensures that state and local regulations concerning regulated products, such as alcohol and tobacco, are followed accordingly.
• Creates and manages displays, covering promotional, seasonal, elaborate structures, and merchandise on sale. Implements resets and alterations based on given directives.
• Assists in managing stock rotation by following the first in, first out system to maintain the freshness of consumable goods and restocking items as needed.
• Possesses operational understanding of store systems and equipment.
• Assists clients with their photography needs, including digital passport photo service, poster printing options, employing a creative machine, and suggesting promotional photo products.
• Takes charge of web order pickup duties, supervising orders within Picture Care Plus, assembling orders by selecting items, and handing orders to customers when they reach the store.
• Helps to keep the store looking clean and organized by assisting with exterior and interior maintenance duties.
• Ensures adherence to all company policies and rules; nurtures professional rapport with fellow workers.
• Completes exceptional assignments and additional tasks as needed.

Training:

• Attends training events and successfully fulfills PPLs as directed by the Manager or specified by the corporate office.

Qualifications:

• Ability in English reading, writing, and oral expression is a must
• The job demands a readiness to work during evenings and weekends, necessitating flexibility in scheduling
• We value candidates with a six-month history in a retail role.
• Candidates with a history of working at Walgreens are preferred for the position.
• Aspire to master English reading, writing, and speaking skills, with an exception in Puerto Rico
• The job mandates a readiness to work varying schedules, which may include evenings and weekends.
