Field HR Business Partner

Job Description:

The HR Business Partner is responsible for executing and delivering HR solutions, products, and services to assigned field business partners and team members. This role supports HR service excellence by partnering with the business to implement local HR strategies effectively and ensure alignment with corporate initiatives. The position plays a key role in coaching leaders, deploying HR programs, and ensuring compliance and engagement across field operations.

Roles and Duties:

• Provides coaching to field leaders on development plans, performance management, and talent strategies.
• Implements and supports corporate-driven talent management and organizational development programs.
• Delivers HR services related to onboarding, mergers/acquisitions, safety compliance, and education.
• Conducts training, coaching, and communication to drive adoption of HQ/COE HR initiatives.
• Supports deployment of tools and resources to promote a discrimination- and harassment-free workplace.
• Serves as the HR lead in escalated investigations and collaborates with HR Shared Services as needed.
• Assists with talent acquisition efforts for internships, campus recruitment, and hard-to-fill roles.
• Supports workforce planning initiatives as directed by the manager.
• Guides resolution of HR issues, championing the HR shared services model and directing queries appropriately.

Training:

• Delivers development workshops to field leaders and staff.
• Conducts training sessions related to HR program rollout and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensures effective communication and early adoption of HR tools and processes across assigned areas.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 3 years of experience in any HR concentration.
• Experience ensuring compliance with laws, standards, and regulations.
• Experience facilitating workshops and delivering presentations to varied audiences.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% for business purposes, including out-of-state travel.
